
Hi, I am Emily and I love cooking simple plant based meals
A couple years ago, I took stock of what I was eating and how it made me feel. I decided to take control of my health and started to cook more plant based food. Now my husband and I are almost entirely plant based. When I started I felt like most recipes had 30 or so ingredients, were complicated, and I did not have on hand what the recipe called for and ingredients impossible to find. My hope with this blog is that I can help people who grew up with a real meat and potatoes diet, incorporate some easy and yummy plant based meals.
